Ralph Ring is one of the surviving members of a team of technicians and scientists who worked for legendary inventor, Otis T Carr. Otis Carr was a protege of Nikolai Tesla. Ralph has made himself available for interviews and appearances to discuss his own experience working on Carr’s team, and the amazing OTC-X1.

    I died one time. I went to a place of a different color or look, I now remember GOD created night & day. Loved ones and Friends were there to great me. They knew I was coming. I asked 2 questions and all knew to be quiet. Someone VERY important spoke one sentence to me and answered every question I had ever had and every question I would ever have. I was inlightened! I was indescribably happy! Then a Friend came and said it’s time for you to go back and touched my right arm and I popped back into my old body. I was allowed to hold on to that precious knowledge until the nurse turned the corner. I was going to change the world. I opened my mouth to tell her and the knowledge was jerked out of me, I was not supposed to tell. You are right about us being eternal beings.
