Ralph Ring is one of the surviving members of a team of technicians and scientists who worked for legendary inventor, Otis T Carr. Otis Carr was a protege of Nikolai Tesla. Ralph has made himself available for interviews and appearances to discuss his own experience working on Carr’s team, and the amazing OTC-X1.

    These take quite a while to upload. Ralph gave me 8 DVDs of video to upload. I will upload them over the coming days. Most of these videos have to date only been available directly from Ralph Ring via his own DVD copies!

    There’s quite a bit more to come on the website, but now we have a basic website with forums so that those wanting to collaborate have a venue for this.
