When I was very young, being born in 1957, my parents took me to Oklahoma City to visit relatives. We went to an amusement park called “Frontier City.” There was a “flying saucer” there with a ramp leading up to it.

Upon entering, there were circles of seats. I remember there were at least two concentric circles of seats as I stretched out prone over both of them facing the center of the room.In the center of the room, there was a large movie projector device that projected videos about rockets on the ceiling(?).

This movie theater “ride” at Frontier City in Oklahoma City looked just like the pictures in this article. Cross-indexing it with Wikipedia, I see that a mock-up of the OTC X-1 that was installed at Frontier City in 1958. This is most likely the one I visited.
