In part one the interview with Ralph highlights his background as well as what a brilliant innovative technician he was as a young man in the late 50s and early 60s, he worked closely with Otis T. Carr, who himself was a Tesla protégé. Ralph worked with Otis on a number of successful prototype flying disks projects that later led up to the full scale (OTC-X1). Ralph, Otis and others successfully and created and flew the 45' diameter OTC-X1.
In part two, Ralph Ring talks about the success they experienced with both the small model and the large , 45 foot diameter version of the OTC-X1 flying disk. Ralph also relates that when they demonstrated the small model at General Motors they were met with hostility! At that point the team realized they now had enemies in high places! Ralph also describes the rush to finish construction of the OTC-X1, because of threats from General Motors! Ralph continues on with his description of the first preflight briefing and the results of the Flight of the OTC-X1 and their later encounter with the FBI and the CIA!
