The original Blue Star Enterprise site ran a public comments system for over a decade, where visitors could ask questions and, occasionally, Ralph or Marsha would answer directly. That system has since been retired, but a handful of entries written in their own hand were worth keeping. They're preserved here exactly as written, with phone numbers removed for privacy.

Hi Michael, I'm so sorry to tell you we have been taken out again. We were living in Paradise, CA, when suddenly the whole town exploded and we were surrounded with a wall of fire. The whole town was destroyed! Marsha, me and my service dog Tate just got out with the clothes on our back. We've lost everything. We have been offered temp shelter and are looking for a place to begin again. Until then I refer you to the website & Skype for help.
