In 2015, Ralph Ring was announced as a presenter at StarworksUSA, a conference dedicated to UFO research and the study of extraterrestrial contact. Ring's appearance drew on his decades-old account of working with Otis T. Carr — and connected it to his more recent thinking on free energy and human potential.

Presentation"Free Energy and The Future" — Sunday, 11:30AM–12:30PM
Panel"Is Our Society Becoming Too Technological?" — moderated by George Noory, Saturday, 2:30–4PM

About the Presentation

Ring's talk centered on his work with Otis T. Carr and the anti-gravitic spacecraft Carr developed after being directly tutored by Nikola Tesla. Alongside the historical account, Ring discussed his more recent research into free energy and what StarworksUSA described as "the human myth of limitation" — the idea that self-imposed mental barriers, as much as any technical hurdle, have held back progress in this field.

Ring also joined a separate panel discussion, moderated by broadcaster George Noory, exploring whether modern society has become overly dependent on technology — a fitting counterpoint from a man whose own work argued that the deepest breakthroughs come from working with natural law, not simply building more machinery.

About StarworksUSA

StarworksUSA is founded in support of both the research and inquiry into the UFO phenomenon and those who have had the experience of contact with extraterrestrial life. Conferences are designed to shift the perception of ET contact toward one of communication and integration, rather than separation and fear. — StarworksUSA
