If this is never done then our world will be screwed for lack of a better word. Tesla was hated too but that never stopped him. There is new sources of magnetic liquid instead of mercury so that problem is solved. Otis Carr came upon something that maybe he even didn’t know. You can produce electricity from Earth. the Egyptians figured it out 14,000 years ago. I’m confident I can build what Carr and Tesla envisioned.

Dont u people understand anything. The government and men in black took his machine…… we can’t keep one. He said this. U can’t control it either. He said this. He never gave instructions for the control system crystals and or the battery cell infor needed at least 12,000 volts. Liquid mercury is also needed. I studied alot on his device.
