Who is Ralph Ring?

Carr, with his team, developed an anti-gravitic spacecraft based upon direct tutoring he received from Nikolai Tesla.

Carr learned many secrets from Tesla, and much has been lost to time, but there are those here now, through this website who are re-discovering the secrets from Carr’s own mysterious writings, and his patented drawings.

Carr was ultimately shut down by the US government, who asserted that Carr was attempting to overthrow the monetary system. “Cease and desist your operations… We’re terminating your project due to the threats it poses to the international monetary system.”

    How r u doing? I’m so glad I found u. I’ve been fond of this flying saucer since I was a child. Since poor Otis passed away last Sept 20, 1982. I felt bad he’s gone. Love that guy too. Anyway, I graduated in Aircraft Mechanic here in SF, California and I have some knowledge about electronic parts functions and assemble cessna kit airplane which I can apply my knowledge to build flying saucer (big or small no problem)someday not now. I understand all the functions on how to connect all functions of coil magnets and u-tron except the capacitor where should be connected to each magnet C and how is the large ring be supported or attached or mesh to avoid dislocation imagining when the large ring starts spining? Remember the 12 U-trons are installed in a large ring looks like hoola-hoop? Please give me answer to this. Another thing Ralph, do u know that lay out structure drawing is not the only one purpose can do to levitate flying saucer and fly? That thing can do a lot of impossibility not only to fly a flying saucer. Don’t u know that thing can go to the past and the future (time machine) and invisible and can fly a human being (superman). Also can lift up heavy things as what we call “levitate”. I can see that. They r all true. Also I’ll plan to put a computer with touch screen to override 3 options as use our mind controller or auto-pilot or manual with talking computer to our own flying saucer (voice recognition or password too) and remote control in case someone wants to confiscate or steal the flying saucer; put 4 cameras for front/back/both sides and one big front monitor to see the outside front during traveling.     Ralph is right on about natural beauty. All manmade things are clumsily formed after copies of natural made ones. A car is a human body with a human body inside of it. A computer is a brain in crude form. The best and most simple are natural which are supernatural. Consciousness enters in which is where faith factors in.     Mark or Walter or Ralph,

    Ralph, I have a question about that Otis Carr pod that large OTC-X1 you had ridden before. How many pounds do you think is that? How heavy? Because I wanna do the short cut in mine I have a small compact car, It’s 1986 Ford Escort. That car of mine is kind a light weight. When I skid, that car gets skid but it’s unoperable now which I removed the whole engine and the 4 wheels. My point is, thinking I have to imitate it but make a re-modification on OTIS carr’s engine (that energy device). It looks like get 2 aluminum basins that fits underneath my car then make the engine energy device fits inside the aluminum basin which looks like a disc shape. Then plug it underneath my car. But the central Utron accumulator will be different. It has a speed controller to control a motor and can be plug to a hoping I can find a speed controller that can be plug to a computer to control the speed or auto-pilot. Remember, if u speed up higher the revolution or rotation of the Utron it may create worm hole and we can think where to go but we must have a computer map of either the world or the Universe so we can go from A to B location. Exactly the same as bending the space to short cut distance. Remember Ralph, that’s how when Otis Carr showed u to disappear the pod by speeding up the rotation of Utron to become invisible or if u want to go from A to B location of the world or far distance to go to another Solar System in the Galaxy or another Galaxy in the Universe. But to speed up, we need an anti-proton (anti-matter – red matter) fuel and the anti-proton reactor for hyper space jump. I’m starting to like this but I haven’t start my pod but everything is in my head. I want to see your pod someday when it’s done.     Is the center gyro ‘accumulator’ necessary or can it be replaced with a second set of perimeter gyros, that rotate to counter the gyroscopic effect on the stator, while still providing vertical thrust?

      Good question. It appears that they both do different things and that they are both needed. Also, there is no thrust as such. A condition of gravity is created in the craft that then magnetically repells from the Earth. The craft then levitates. More field and it levitates higher.

          Good question. I don’t know. The geometry of absolutely everything on the OTC-X1 seems to be quite consciously designed using sacred geometry as a guide. Benn has done some fabulous work showing this to be true.

      I will flag this comment for Ralph, but I don’t think that he’s skirting something that he knows about the design, but is clear that he was a go-fer for Otis Carr’s group, not a designer, nor an Engineer. Otis had a good size team in place working on design. Ralph wasn’t in that role and hasn’t claimed to be.

      So maybe you know something that is of use? Maybe you would do well to have a chat with Ralph sometime to see if you can work together to help the pods with the work that they are doing?

    I have been steadily raising my consciousness for a short while now and I know that any help in such direction would be beneficial, I do not think it coincidence that I found this and I was hoping someone would be willing to send me anymore info on ways to open the mind to all possibilities and energy in a natural holistic way. I have always known that love and compassion are very pertinent driving forces behind self growth but at times I feel like something in me is rejecting this growth and I don’t quite understand because I feel as though I know such growth is a beautiful and very good thing but as you said many times in your video patience so perhaps I must be patient. I look forward to any tips or comments you may have on raising consciousness and I am so very appreciative of the work you and all the others are doing. Humanity is waking up, no worries all is well.     Differednt people will have various preference so that you can select your
    favorite edition based on your requirements. To illustrate the point, if
    you use the “Ucase” funcrion to upper caase a string in Access
    this would also work with My – SQL but would not work
    with Oracle as thhe corresponding function is “upper”. If you wish tto use
    a different encryption settings type, click Advanced, choose an
    encryption setting type you want in the list, and then click OK.

    copyright violation? My site has a lot of completely
    unique content I’ve either written myself or outsourced but it appears a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet
