Ralph Ring is one of the surviving members of a team of technicians and scientists who worked for legendary inventor, Otis T Carr. Otis Carr was a protege of Nikolai Tesla. Ralph has made himself available for interviews and appearances to discuss his own experience working on Carr’s team, and the amazing OTC-X1.

    I don’t yet have everything off of the old site, yet, so I’ll keep the link active so that people are able to get content and resources from it.

    I don’t yet know if we will be able to get access to the content in the old Ning forums without paying to revive it. If you have content that you uploaded to the old forums, please submit it again in the new site.
