Ralph Ring is one of the surviving members of a team of technicians and scientists who worked for legendary inventor, Otis T Carr. Otis Carr was a protege of Nikolai Tesla. Ralph has made himself available for interviews and appearances to discuss his own experience working on Carr’s team, and the amazing OTC-X1.

      Not a video pod update, but there is a whole lot going on behind the scenes. I have not been keeping up with website updates as focus has been on work with those working in the pods.

      I intend to write more here and Walter is working to get another update video sometime soon.

    Please give further information on why you can not just build the device under ground and levitate it from there since normal 3 dimensional walls are not apparent limitations in your explaination.
